COMMENT:
The state has been told by their "star witness" to go see another expert that the star characterizes as much more knowledgeable about this type of care.
They pay that "better expert" to review the records.
The better expert tells them they have no case, no crime has been committed.
Rather than reconsider, they suppress the better expert's testimony, and go forward with their "star", who has just been completely discredited by the "better" expert he recommended!
The state calls this a "technicality"...
